FAQ's

Q. What happens if something goes wrong in transit?

A. I post the camcorder and accessories 2 weeks prior to your big day. Giving plenty of time for any anomalies that may occur. All items will be tracked. I will ensure I have spare equipment and that I have a contingency plan in place. If you are within 10miles from my location I am happy to deliver/pick up.

Q. How do I book?

A. Thank you! Send me an enquiry using the contact form, or send us a message on Instagram @CaptureCamcorder. A pre-questionaire form will be sent out to understand what you want and more about your event. Once all confirmed, a deposit is due and this will secure your booking. The final balance is due after the event. 

Q. What happens if I damage any of the equipment?

A. Please do try and look after the equipment like it was your own. It may be best to have one person solely responsible for the camera. But I understand accidents can happen, this is all covered within the price and the equipment will have accidental damage cover on them. Please note: If anything happens to the memory card inside the camcorder I cannot recover any of the files from within there so please ensure this is kept safe at all times.

Q. I've had to postpone my event.

A. That is not a problem. Just let me know as soon as possible and we can rearrange it. No hidden costs.

Q. I am struggling to pay.

A. Not a problem I am happy to accept monthly payment plans of monthly payments.

Q. I have to cancel my event

A. We're sorry to hear this. Dependent on the notice, there may be a cancellation charge. 1 month in advance or more, your deposit is refundable. Less than 1 month in advance, deposit is non refundable.
